@DIRECTV I am pretty ticked off that when my 2 yr agreement expired U was told me to call to get a better pricing. So I called,Loyalty discount was a lousy $10. sh*t no wonder why your bleeding customers! Well my signal doesn’t go out now with Xfinity when it rains. My 2 cents!

In Chicopee, we know first-hand how big corporate monopolies like Charter Spectrum do business — and it’s the same for Comcast, Verizon, and all the others. They force people to pay ridiculous prices in exchange for poor service because they know consumers have no other options.

@kaaaaylee Same! It’s a dish service or spectrum/xfinity in wmass. My hometown is starting their own fiber through the electric company, which is pretty awesome. But Spectrum is the worst by far... outdated cable, terrible pricing and outages without warning.

I think Xfinity is legit stumped, because speeds directing to Xfinity-related servers are still just fine. But YouTube is broken. Some websites don’t work. I’m afraid to turn on my Xbox One or Switch, since they probably can’t connect at dial-up speeds.

Damn like I really couldn't sleep so I pulled out the handy dandy old ass tablet we have. Pulled up that old ass Xfinity stream service and tried to catch up on sh*t. But it truly duly just updated on me and logged my ass out from the phantom account I had. Damn.

Wow, @Xfinity sure is quiet tonight while its internet service in at least the northeastern US is broken. Less than 2Mbps down on a 300Mbps plan, and I’m not alone. What’s happening in Philly? Any public acknowledgement? Any “We’re working on it?” No? Nothing?

@Xfinity You’re impossible I’ve been trying to get through to agent to report calls I’ve been getting about open service order & you have no option. Very frustrating to have communications company that won’t communicate.

@billho888 Right now Comcast & chargers are solely focused on increasing mobile base but not bundling with internet . Plans are phenomenal and they will continue to grow that base , but its complicated . Example:charter has diff billers for core & mobile . Diff internal support as well

@acer70195 @DePaulHoops They signed an agreement to start carrying the ACC Network on 11/30/2021, but no date yet to when it will be added. Just a real bang up job by the ACC to miss an entire football season and entire non-conference basketball season on Xfinity.

@NCAAVolleyball Putting these regional games only on ESPNU is ridiculous @NCAAVolleyball. We're pretty tech-savvy and subscribe to many platforms and CANNOT WATCH THESE GAMES - not on our Hulu, not on our ESPN+, and not via our Xfinity/Comcast subscription. AWFUL. Am I missing something?!?!?

@Xfinity to having to have your equip replaced three times. To having to have service techs come out repeatedly within the first year of residency, and then CHARGE me to fix what they could not figure out on the phone, tho they reversed that undisclosed charge 2/
