By a stroke of luck he meets Seta, but ends up in a faraway island with the whole cast trying to look for him. (Source: ANN)

Following hot on the heels of the popular Manga series, follows the funny and colourful Anime OAV series. The Love Hina Anime features beautiful animation and departs from the normal cell type animation normally seen on Anime and other cartoons and uses Computer generated animation which give it the fluid and crisp look. The Love Hina Anime follows the Manga series losely with a few new characters that appear soley in the Anime and not in the Manga. Despite all that, its funny, brilliant and is definitely a must for all Manga and Anime lovers everywhere. In the DVD collection there are 6 voumes with 4 episodes on each, plus an additional Xmas & Spring special DVD's. Hopefully sometime this year will see the release of the english dub of Love Hina Again - the final chapter of the Love Hina saga :(

THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- To be honest, I actually found this episode a bit weak. I really enjoyed the Christmas special, but this one was slightly overdone. Enormous mecha, hundreds of flying turtles and a deserted island. And oh yeah, he passed. I don't know, it all seemed a bit too unlikely to me. I liked some parts, though. Just like the rest of the series, the theme of promises was really important and Nyamo was a really cute character with all of her hopes. Also, Shinobu, who is by far my favourite character, got lots of screen time. The animation was nice, as usual and the jokes were funny, but somehow this wasn't as I expected.
