Police in Wales are looking for a number of people who are wanted in relation to a series of alleged crimes. Officers are asking for members of the public to come forward if they have any information about the whereabouts of the people listed below.
This is not a comprehensive list of every wanted person in Wales. South Wales Police shares its active appeals on its force Facebook page but not all are featured as officers make every effort to trace suspects prior to them being published as wanted.
North Wales Police does not remove all its appeals once they are no longer active, meaning some older ones still appear online. The force was not able to confirm whether these were still active and the people were still wanted. To maintain the greatest degree of accuracy we have chosen to only include appeals shared since April 20, 2024, for both forces.
We have asked both forces to provide us with full lists but they have declined to do so. Gwent Police and Dyfed-Powys Police appeals featured here are up to date.
Below are the people highlighted by police forces as wanted in Wales at the time of writing (May 17). If you have seen any of the following people, or know of their whereabouts, you are asked to call police on 101 and quote the relevant reference number beneath the picture. James Snell, 41, from Barry is wanted by South Wales Police for alleged burglary.

Justin Saliba, 49, from Radyr, Cardiff is wanted by South Wales Police on warrant.

Karl Morgan
Karl Morgan, 53, from Merthyr is wanted by South Wales Police for breach of a harassment order.

Jonathan Pugh
Jonathan Pugh, 38, from Port Talbot, is wanted by South Wales Police for alleged assault and criminal damage and on recall to prison.

Clive Thomas
Clive Thomas, 29, is wanted by North Wales Police in the Wrexham rural area. He has links to the Penycae area.

Tim Evans
Tim Evans, AKA Tyrone Bevan or Tyrone Sears, is wanted by North Wales Police. The 33-year-old is known to have links to the Wrexham, Flint and Prestatyn areas as well as Stoke on Trent. However it is thought he could also be around the Ellesmere Port, Chester or Neston areas of Cheshire, or in Derby, Derbyshire.

John Ranford
John Ranford, 26, is wanted by North Wales Police on recall to prison. He has links to the Flintshire, Rhyl and Prestatyn areas.

Stephen Austin Atkins
Stephen Austin Atkins, 27, is wanted by North Wales Police on recall to prison. The 27-year-old is believed to be in the Rhyl area but has links to Holywell and Flint and the surrounding areas.

Charlie Moxom
Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for information to help find Charlie Moxom from Cardigan. The 36-year-old is wanted for breaching a court order and for alleged assault. He is believed to be in the Cardigan or Carmarthen areas.

Brian Davis
Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for information to help find Brian Davis from the Pembroke Dock area. The 53-year-old is wanted on suspicion of commercial burglary and failure to appear at court.

Dean Mayze
Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for information to help find Dean Mayze. Mayze was summoned to appear at Merthyr Magistrates Court on January 8, 2024, on a charge of GBH but did not attend. A court warrant has been issued for his arrest.
The incident under investigation is an allegation of assault involving a corrosive substance in Abercrave, Powys, on December 10, 2022. The 36-year-old has links to the south Powys area as well as London, Kent and Hampshire.

Shaun Walker
Gwent Police are appealing for information to locate Shaun Walker. The 30-year-old from Newport has been recalled to prison after breaching his licence conditions. He was sentenced in 2013 to 12 years for manslaughter comprising of eight years in prison and an extension period on licence of four years.
If you see Walker, the public are asked not to approach him and to instead call 999. Anyone with information on Walker's whereabouts can use the usual means of contact (101, Facebook or X or calling Crimestoppers).

Russell Turner
Gwent Police are re-appealing to locate Russell Turner, 29, who failed to return to HMP Prescoed on Saturday, January 13. He was convicted of conspiracy to supply class A drugs, possessing criminal property and assault of an emergency worker at Birmingham Crown Court in March, 2020.
Turner is described as around six feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his arms, hand, neck and torso and a scar on his head. Members of the public are advised not to approach him.
Police say: "Turner has links to the West Midlands area, mainly Birmingham, and he is not a registered sex offender. It is believed there may be a potential risk as the individual is no longer in the custody of the prison service. We have activated our operational plan with the aim of locating the individual and the prison are co-operating fully with us."

Kieran McKenzie
Gwent Police are appealing for information to find 32-year-old Kieran McKenzie from Newcastle in connection with an investigation into an alleged assault and theft.

Xing Chen
Gwent Police are appealing for information to locate Xing Chen from the Brynmawr area. Chen received a prison sentence of 58 weeks at Cardiff Crown Court earlier in 2024 for the production of cannabis. He has breached his licence conditions and has now been recalled to prison.

Paul Williams
Gwent Police are appealing for information to locate Paul Williams, 51, from the Blackwood area. He received a prison sentence of one month and 25 days for attempted theft at Newport Magistrates' Court on Monday, February 26, and has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on Tuesday, April 16.

Liam Collins
Gwent Police are appealing for information to locate 35-year-old Liam Collins from the Pontypool area. He received a prison sentence of four months for drink driving and driving whilst disqualified at Newport Magistrates' Court on Monday, February 26. He has links to the Cwmbran and Nantyglo areas and breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on Tuesday, April 16.

Yarran Watkins
Gwent Police are appealing for information to locate Yarran Watkins, 30. Watkins, from the Blackwood area, was sentenced to eight weeks in prison for shoplifting at Newport Magistrates’ Court on Monday, January 22. He has links to the Risca and Cefn Fforest areas. He has been recalled to prison after breaching his licence conditions.

Dean Robbins
Officers carrying out an investigation into an assault would like to speak to Dean Robbins, who could assist their enquiries. Gwent Police are looking to speak to the 33-year-old in connection with the investigation. It is believed he has links to Alway, Newport.

Craig Fletcher
Gwent Police are appealing for information to find Craig Fletcher from the Newport area. Officers want to speak to the 35-year-old in connection with an ongoing investigation into alleged assault related offences.

Ellis Brace
Gwent Police officers would like to speak to Ellis Brace in connection with an ongoing investigation into alleged driving related offences. The 27-year-old has links to the Caerphilly and Blackwood areas.

Valter Hoxha
Gwent Police are appealing for information to find Valter Hoxha from Newport. Hoxha, 40, is reported to have breached his licence conditions following his release from prison on Tuesday, April 18, and is now recalled to prison. He was sentenced to 13 months in prison after he was found guilty of being concerned in the production of cannabis and possession of criminal property on November 11.

Paul Harris, also known as Paul Bohm, 25, from Cinderford, is wanted by Gwent Police in connection with an investigation into alleged drug-trafficking offences. He has links to the Chepstow and Magor areas and also Gloucester.

Altaib Ahmad Altagani, 32, from Newport, has been recalled to prison.

Sharany Abbas
Officers from Gwent Police want to speak to Sharany Abbas, also known as Rasta, from Newport, in connection with an investigation into the alleged supply of Class A drugs. It is believed that the 39-year-old has links to Merthyr Tydfil and Cardiff.
