It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barry (Bas) Smith on Wednesday 22nd May 2024, in the care of the superb team at Sandybrook.

Leaving his heart broken wife Jean.

A special Uncle and great Uncle.

Sadly passed away at home on Saturday, 1 June 2024, aged 93 years.

Beloved wife of the late Bruce, loving mother to Clare and grandmother to Alex.

Aged 90 years.

John passed away peacefully on Saturday 8th June 2024, in the care of Cheval Roc Residential Home.

Much loved husband of Barbara, father to Ian and Robert and father-in-law to Karen.

John will be greatly missed by his granddaughters, great grandson, family and many friends.

Aged 90 years

Yolande passed away on Monday 10th June 2024 at L’Hermitage Care Home.

A much loved mum to Jeannette, Monique, Jacqueline and Jocelyne and mother-in-law to Michael and Scottie as well as a very loving Grandmother, (known as Nina) to Kimberley, Late Rebecah, Veronique, Xavier, James, Lucy, Aimee, Holly, Ben and Karisya, and all respective partners, sister to Eddie and sister in law to Jennie.

Not forgetting her 5 great grandchildren.

Loving wife to the late Pierre.

Yolande will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends.

Passed away surrounded by his loving partner Carol and daughters Debbie, Angela and Philippa on Saturday 8 June 2024.

Dearly loved by Adrian, Simon and Michael and a treasured Nonno to Max, Samantha, Jonny, Naomi, George and Asara.

Sadly passed away on Wednesday, 12 June, 2024, aged 83 years.

Beloved husband of Audrey; brother to Avril, Jennifer, the late Mary, John, Bill, the late Stephen, and Elaine; father to Andrew and Elaine; father-in-law to Sarah and Alfie; grandfather to Paul, Roseanne, Stanley and Flora; and great-grandfather to Ember.

VIBERT, Michael Edward

Passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday 12th June 2024.

Michael was a dear friend and father figure who will be greatly missed by Carol and family.

Rest in peace.

Michael will be sadly missed by his sister Margaret, niece Susan, nephew Kevin and his many friends in Jersey and around the world.

At Michael’s request, there will not be a funeral service, but a celebration to remember his life will be held in due course.

Aged 64 years.

Yvonne passed away sadly on Monday 17th June 2024 at Jersey General Hospital ,after a difficult but short illness.

A very special inspirational Sister to Christina and brother-in-law to Stephen, dear Aunty to two special nephews Dominic his partner Alex, Michael and his wife Sharnee, Great Aunt to Isaac and niece Rhiannon and her partner Matt.

Such a brave lady who lived life to the full through everything she endured.

Now at rest.

Kenneth passed away peacefully on Sunday 23rd June 2024, at the Jersey General Hospital.
