The best events are those that leave you feeling (re)inspired and this week getting the chance to attend the Forrester Analyst Relations Council in Boston was one of those. There’s nothing quite like spending a few intensive days with 30+ truly impressive peers in Analyst Relations to get you excited all over again about the jobs we do on a daily basis. Key takeaway for me is that no matter the size, scale, maturity of the AR program, we are all experiencing similar challenges and opportunities and while there are many great tools (hello GenAI👋🏻), processes, and best practices out there that make us more efficient and effective AR pros…at the end of the day it comes down to our ability to foster and maintain meaningful relationships. Day 2 at #GartnerTGI did not disappoint! Heard from Christy Uher Ferguson & Eric Hunter on the top trends today for tech providers, supercharging customer insights through product analytics with Adrian Lee, and choosing the right metrics to prove marketing impact with Amy Jenkins. One of my favorite parts of the event was meeting other AR Leaders in the #ARxTGI and workshopping through some of the challenges & opportunities we are facing in our AR programs. Great event and lineup of speakers. Looking forward to applying the learnings. Until next year!

First day at #GartnerTGI and it’s been jam packed with so much great information! Today I heard about how innovation disrupts innovation by Jim Hare & Jennifer Singleton to the value of interactive demo technology with David Yockelson and had the opportunity to attend the #ARxTGI hosted by Julian Dobbins & Lindsay McKinney on AR as a Value Multiplier — walking away with many fantastic key learnings & ideas!
